A Central Monitoring Station is operational and manned on a 24-hour basis. Signals from alarm systems can be monitored by either radio or telephone. Calls via normal telephone line or cell phone are transmitted to the monitoring station. We can also monitor signal alarms such as fire, medical emergencies, power failures as well as the opening and closing times of business premises. Our monitoring network covers the nine districts of the island. The Central Monitoring Station also serves our guarding customers by providing monitoring services for electronic devices installed on sites to track guards’ patrol in real-time mode.
We are actively involved in the installation and commissioning of CCTV Systems, Gate Motors, Access Control, Fire and Safety Equipment. Installation is under the responsibility of a Technical & Marketing Manager supported by a team of thirty technicians and with a round-the-clock stand-by technician service. Besides selling products, we also provide advice and security concepts tailor-made to meet customers’ needs and expectations

In April 2007, Caudan Security services launched its CIT Department. In order to meet international standards, we have put into operation a fleet of semi-armoured and secured vehicles, equipped with sophisticated devices such as siren, panic alarm system device with vehicle immobilization in the event of activation, and Global Positioning System to track vehicle movement.
Our GPS devices use on-line tracking on our private radio frequency and are controlled from our Cash-in-Transit Control Room. The technical and safety aspect of the company guarantee the effectiveness of the deployment of the escorting armed officers by providing them with “shock secured cash caddies”, sealed bags, “cross pavement carriers”, appropriate dress and boots, bullet proof jackets and other self protecting equipment as per international norms.
Caudan Security Training academy was registered with the Mauritius Qualification Authority in Year 2002. It is managed by a Training Manager qualified at the prestigious Army School of Pune, India and Aldershot, U.K. All our trainers are qualified and registered with the MQA. The Recruitment and Selection Department is responsible for the final selection before the induction phase.
The Academy offers a comprehensive educational training program of 140 hours hence all our guards are equipped with training technology, expertise and necessary tools. The Training Academy is at the heart of the organization in the sense that all our personnel and trainees should undergo our training courses.

Every guard at Caudan Security, after completing the training program must undergo a written exam before fitting the uniform. The Training Academy is at the heart of the organization located at the prestigious site of the Headquarters.
All newly inducted staff in the operations department have to undergo the basic induction course. Ad hoc training cadres are also conducted at the academy.
Since 2nd September 1996 to date, the Training Academy has provided training to thousands of security guards. We have achieved an excellent level of professionalism and ensured the development of highly skilled and versatile employees, thus ensuring their realignment and promotion across divisional lines to meet work demands and customer needs.
